About

Anita C Roberts – A military veteran and Texas transplant who now calls Austin, Texas home. Born and raised in the small town of Monroeville, Alabama which just so happens to be the hometown of two prominent writers, Truman Capote and Pulitzer Prize winner  Harper Lee, author of To Kill a Mockingbird.

After a long and distinguished career as a military Public Affairs Officer she now enjoys a simpler life. She shares her talents at two companies responsible for publishing 5 magazines, one book, Achievements in Black Austin, and owner of 2 federal trademarks, with another pending.

Anita considers herself a storyteller. And now enjoys sharing her gift with the world. Her goal is to share the untold stories of those whose story may never have been told. To shine a light on ordinary people who are doing extraordinary things. Every story whether good, bad or indifferent is someone’s story, and everyone’s story has value.

Anita is the proud mother of two sons; Forrest (23) & Austin (10). She is a believer of the gospel of Jesus Christ and is a member of Greater Mt Zion Baptist Church.

“Everyone has a story, take pride in yours.”
